Our exciting class timetables are specifically designed to cater for all tastes and abilities. We have fantastic, purpose built, group exercise studios and spin studios and a strong team of expert women instructors bringing each class to life.

By combining aerobic cardiovascular exercise with upbeat Latin music tempos, Zumba® offers a total body work out by combining the moves used in different Latin dances such as samba, mambo and salsa, as well as belly-dancing, hip-hop and martial arts.
Together, these various Zumba® fitness elements provide exciting, rhythmical exercise routines that are great fun. It’s like a disco in a gym and with more than 1 million people in now enrolled in classes, Zumba® is one of the most popular physical activities for women in Britain today.

Goodbye calories, hello energy. This classic stands the test of time – a can-do cardio workout starring favourites like grapevine and box step. Target legs, arms and core with a mix of high and low impact moves to exhilarating music. Forget about exercise – just have fun on the floor.

Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit or the elitism of some so called purists. High-intensity interval training classes mean a better cardio workout in less time. We thought you’d approve. You work hard in intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive.

Spinning classes are done indoor on stationary bikes, and they are a fantastic way to burn calories, tone those all-important muscle groups and relieve stress.
It’s a great workout for everyone; no matter what your fitness level is, there’s room for you. The instructor will encourage you to increase and decrease difficulty, and pedal faster, but these are all done at your own pace and within your own limits

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.

It started to take off in the early 1990s and has remained a permanent fixture in many gyms’ exercise class schedules ever since. As the name suggests, your typical LBT session features a number of exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. It’s a fantastic option for those who want to tone up. This isn’t a gruelling programme that will help you to lose a lot of weight – you’ll generally burn somewhere between 250 and 400 calories during a one-hour session depending on how much effort you put in. The focus is very much on toning and tightening.
